Suggestion: Adjust Vehicle Purchase Requirements & Add Junior Pilot Role

Reason: To improve accessibility and encourage more players to engage with vehicle gameplay, I suggest removing the current requirements for purchasing vehicles. This would allow more flexibility in vehicle acquisition without unnecessary restrictions.

Additionally, adding a Junior Pilot role for INS and US would give new pilots access to transport and recon vehicles while keeping attack vehicles restricted.
