Reason: Due to recent stagnation of the server's playercount and general chatter in discord servers, I believe this team would be extremely useful in our efforts to improve playercoutn and possible future expansion of the Network.
+1 I like the concept of a Community Team, as it could help with player retention and engagement. However, I think it should start small, around 5 members, to keep it manageable while still covering key tasks like outreach, events, and feedback collection.
Although the whole structure and idea is perfect we cannot see the vision of it being a fully fledged team, however this is the plan going forward:
Media is something we want to hold off on as much as everyone is requesting for us to do I think this is something we can look at in the future [Hopefully soon]
Regarding the Event-Coordinator that role can easily go to the Gamemaster team
The role of outreach coordinator will be become a task for server leadership and we can look into giving specific tasks to specific members of leadership
