What position are you applying for?: Brigadier General of US Army
Do you hold the correct rank to apply for this position?: Yes, I am a COL assigned to 7th Cavalry
What prior leadership experience do you have?: I have leadership experience IRL through professional employment in law enforcement and firefighting. In terms of RP, I have held the rank of Assistant Chief of Police and Captain of the State Police on two FiveM servers as well as being Fire Chief on another server. I have also owned and ran my own FiveM RP server. I also had experience on a previous MRP server. On that server, I held main branch HC positions twice and subbranch HC positions 5 times as well as being a main branch CO and subbranch CO. I have also held various staff positions acrossed the FiveM and GMod servers I have played.
What changes/implementations do you have planned for your branch?: I really want to work on getting a stable amount of players for 7th and 1st. I feel like MP has good numbers at the moment so I would like to focus on adding things to bring more appeal to 1st as well as implementing things began by my (hopefully) predecessor. I would also like to work on getting a stable number of management officers to help maintain documents as well as introduce new ones and encourage junior officers to be active. I would like to work with my current officers to make changes to the faction that allow more missions to be ran so there is more enlisted activity. I would like to hold meetings to discuss faction changes with all the enlisted and officers so we can shape the faction in a way that draws in more quality players and keeps them playing. I plan to work with the dev team with a focus on each subbranch to continue adding appeal to each one (1st, 7th, 75th, and MP) and give them more things to work with; Such as updated vehicles for 7th, artillery or something of the sort for 1st, and small recon drones for 75th. I mostly want our focus to be on activity and running good, quality missions so the enlisted have something to do and a chance for promotions/medals.
Why should the personnel in your branch want you as their next Brigadier General/Amid?: I am active, dependable, and fair. I think I've proven I'm not going to yell or berate for failure or ignore success. I try my hardest to softly push people in the right direction and if someone fucks up, I help them fix it. I'm open to talk to everyone and give everyone a chance to do their best and if they succeed, I will always reward success to my highest ability. I am willing to work with anyone and everyone and I will not give up until I have solved the issue at hand. I have proven I am not lazy and I'm willing to work to fix any issue. I think the people in my branch should want me because I have proven I am a brother in arms to each and everyone one of them and will support their endeavors. I can only hope they will support me in mine.

What is your availability?: I am off work on Sundays and Mondays so all day. Tuesday through Satuday I am available from about 3:00pm CST until 9:45 CST. I am usually at work between 9:45pm and 7:45am and then I sleep from 8:00am until 3:00PM
