Faction Leadership Rules & Regulations

Leadership Rules:

• All terms end within 2 months of the promotion to a Leadership position.

• Applications for a Leadership position can be posted 2 weeks before the current term ends.

• If an application is denied, you must wait 1 month before applying for the same position again.

• Advertising your application will result in an instant denial and possible punishment.

• You cannot leave feedback on another person's application if you are applying for the same position.

• If a Faction Leadership report is created, the person who created the report cannot be punished or dealt with as long as the report is up.

• Faction Leadership LOAs are limited to only 2 weeks for each month of their term (4 weeks total).

• When a Brigadier General/Amid term is over all Colonel/Dagarwal keep their position until a new Brigadier General/Amid is picked.

• When a New Brigadier General/Amid Term starts all previous Colonel/Dagarwal are placed back into their previous rank.

• Previous Colonels/Dagarwal may be rewarded with rank promotions, given by the newly appointed Brigadier General/Amid for their excellent work instead of going back to their previous rank. To qualify, a player must remain in this position until the next Brigadier General/Amid is appointed. In other words, if they resign from this position, they are not eligible for promotion.

  • A player can be promoted a maximum of 3 ranks if they were a Colonel/Dagarwal for >6 weeks.

  • A player can be promoted a maximum of 2 ranks if they were a Colonel/Dagarwal for >4 weeks.

  • A player can be promoted a maximum of 1 rank if they were a Colonel/Dagarwal for >2 weeks.

Brigadier General/Amid Application Requirements:

• Must be a Captain/Naqib+ to apply for a Brigadier General/Amid position.

• Required to have a working microphone (exceptions can be made).

Brigadier General/Amid Permissions:

• Can promote/demote anyone within their branch.

• Can pick anyone within the Officer team to become a Commanding Officer of a Unit (COL/DAG).

• Can assign and work on any new system & documents.

• Can create a Regiment/Unit with Executive approval.

• This rank is a two-month term position, afterwards they will move down to Lieutenant Colonel.
