Type of Bug: Mechanical(?) [Its a Problem with a entity in the server]

Explain the Bug: Anytime you spawn the MH-6 (Transport Little Bird) it ends up in the helicopter pad and gets stuck. This happens with the UH-60 Blackhawk but unlike the MH-6 it just rises up and becomes UN-stuck.
