What prior leadership experience do you have?:
- I previously held a leadership position within IFN MRP, 106th Commander, the Russian equivalent to S11 of the INS. This term was quick, lasting less than a month due to the extremely low server population. During this position I had completely reformed the branch into what was used by other Commanders after me.

- I have also held multiple other leadership positions on other servers including SCP RP. I was a Commander for two separate branches, one branch twice. I also upheld a "Site Director" and "Security Chief" position, equivalent to any General role on MRP.

- I have also have upheld a Head Administrator role for a Dark RP server, as well as the previously mentioned SCP RP server.

- Lastly, I have held a position as a LCW (Lead Creative Writer), helping continue the SCP RP server lore, and was also once an Exec. for the server.

What changes/implementations do you have planned for your branch?:
- I would love to work with the Commanders/Officers of MP and 1st Infantry to help them boost their numbers and gain more appeal. I also feel like I would do more for 75th and help them gain more active players. 7th Cavalry in my opinion is thriving with the numbers they are able to gain at a time, especially with the pull they have with access to helicopters and ground vehicles.

- Finding great and active members to become part of the management team to keep things in place would also be a great help.

- Right now, one of my top focuses would to help 1st Infantry implement and work on their new structuring.

Why should the personnel in your branch want you as their next Brigadier General/Amid?:

I feel that personnel should know that I am active, friendly, mostly always available to chat with, and willing to listen to your ideas and concerns. I relate with a ton of you on wanting to get things done or to be done in certain ways, I will be our voice through the door to try and get what we want. I want to work hard on the US Army and show that I won't be hesitant to voice or do what I might think is right along side everyone else.

I usually work any day between Friday-Monday @ 6 PM PST - 6:30 AM PST, but other than that I am usually free, even between the times listed.
